Philip is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice in Minnesota and New York. His
practice focuses on the chemical arts, including polymers, adhesives, fluorochemicals,
pharmaceuticals, fuel cells, composites, and aerospace and automotive technologies.
Philip has extensive experience in the areas of patent drafting and prosecution, intellectual
property licensing, complex research agreements, patent litigation, and mergers and
acquisitions.
Prior to joining Kagan Binder, Philip’s experience included patent law firms Fish & Neave
and Kenyon & Kenyon and in-house practice at 3M Company.
